CountBuddy referrals are business-to-business. They are for introducing another team to the product, not for inviting coworkers or suppliers into your own workspace.
1. Create a referral preview
Use the referral area inside CountBuddy settings to generate a business-facing message and link.
2. Share it yourself
The app stays copy-first. It prepares the message and link, but it does not auto-send anything on your behalf.
3. Reward qualified referrals
One free month of the matching CountBuddy plan, or equivalent setup credit, after the referred team stays on a paid plan for 30 days.
Launch rules
- Referrals must be for another organisation, not your own colleagues.
- Supplier contacts are not CountBuddy users in this first launch model.
- Reward handling stays manual until billing automation grows up.
